- •Check any and all items when they arrive for any issues, damage, or missing pieces.
- •If your order is damaged or there is an issue, you have 5 business days to contact us and return the item(s)¬—we are not responsible after the 5 business day mark.
- •You have within 15 business days AFTER you receive your order to return/exchange STOCK items. They MUST be in their original packaging AND unopened. If they are opened and not in the original packaging, we will not accept them. If they are outside of the 15 business day mark, we will not accept them.
- •There are NO returns or exchanges on custom items.
