Our target is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, if you wish for your in-stock order to go out on the same day as it is placed, please note that the order needs to be placed before 12 PM PST (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or on holidays will be processed the following business day. Feather Flag Nation’s business hours are Monday – Friday 08:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST.


Transit/Delivery time can be anywhere from 2 to 6 business days to the 48 continental states. Currently, we do not ship worldwide but we do ship to Canada.

Our standard shipping method is via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We also offer faster service via UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air or Three Day Select.


Some shipping methods are not available when shipping to: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or Canada.


Shipping costs shown during checkout include any applicable handling fees.  Standard or economy shipping is not valid for HI, PR, AK, or VI.  Contact us for estimated ship costs before you check-out for those location.  We will bill for additional ship costs after your order is placed.


If your order has already been shipped and you need to adjust the shipping address, you will have to contact UPS or USPS with your tracking number to make changes. Once orders have shipped we CANNOT make adjustments, it is required for the recipient to make adjustments.


If an invalid address is provided or the delivery is rejected and sent back to us, you will be responsible to pay additional shipping costs to have your order sent back out.


■ Custom Crafted Orders:
Custom crafted orders will vary for shipping dates. Shipping dates are provided for custom orders once the order is finalized. For custom orders; depending on the quantity, they will ship out within 2-4 business days, or longer.


■ Expedited Shipping:
Expedited shipping is not available through the website. You must email us to upgrade your shipping or place any rush orders: Additional rush fees may apply. **On-time delivery is not guaranteed. It is up to UPS to deliver your package on time. Once we ship it out, we are no longer responsible.**

Shipping costs displayed during checkout include handling charges and any other fees associated with generating the sale and shipping the items.


■ Orders Not Received: 

You must contact us within 5 business days (sooner is always better) from when your order shows as delivered to report an order as not received.   You can request a tracking number here.   We recommend to request tracking as soon as you place your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any did not receive claims 1 week after your order was delivered.
