The 2×3 flag is made from polyester. Double-sided flags are two flags sewn together with a mesh in the middle. This mesh makes it so the design won’t show through to the other side. This flag can have grommets, a pole sleeve, or both added for easy hanging. You can also choose to do neither and the flag will be hemmed all the way around. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on custom items. Once you approve the design, it is final. We do not have a warranty on any of our products, but we do offer some free repairs if the damage isn’t too severe

ORDERING CUSTOM STANDARD FLAGS
What sizes do you have available for your custom standard flags?

We offer 2×3, 3×5, 4×6, and 5×8 custom flags. These standard sizes work well for most indoor and outdoor flagpoles.
Are the flags only single-sided?

No. Our custom standard and personalized flags can be made either single-sided or double-sided, depending on how you plan to display them.
What material are your custom flags made of?

Our personalized flags and flag banners are made of 110gm polyester material (approximately 4 oz). This fabric has been tested for durability and provides excellent print quality for full-color custom logo flags.
Why are there two different materials?
+
We provide two material options for our standard custom flags: economy and premium. Economy flags have a softer feel and no middle liner, making them ideal for indoor displays or light outdoor use on shorter poles (under 10 feet). Our premium material is heavier and features a liner in the middle, making it better suited for outdoor conditions, vehicle use, and poles over 10 feet tall—especially when flying custom logo flags at higher speeds.
How heavy is the double-sided flag?

Our economy double-sided custom flags weigh approximately 1–1.5 lbs, so they’re easy to fly but better suited for lighter wind conditions and shorter poles.
Premium double-sided flags weigh around 2.5 lbs or slightly more for larger sizes. The inner liner adds weight and durability, so they typically require stronger winds to fly fully.
Is the design free?

Yes! Custom flag design is free. Just fill out a free design request or email us at sales@featherflagnation.com.
Are proofs available for my custom flags before I order them?

Yes. We send digital proofs for your custom flags and can make requested changes at no additional charge before printing.
Can I submit my own art?

Of course! You can submit your own artwork or custom logo flag design. Just be sure to use our templates correctly and avoid changing the overall layout or size.
What can I print on my flag?

The possibilities are nearly endless. You can choose your preferred colors, fonts, and graphics for your personalized flags, including logos, text, patterns, and full-color photos. We recommend high-resolution image files for the best results. If you’re unsure, send us what you have and our designers can help you finalize the perfect flag design.
Does the price change if I add photos or any other elements?

No. We don’t charge by the number of words, colors, or photos on your custom flags. Pricing is based on the product you choose (for example, a 2×3 custom-made flag versus a 3×5), not on how complex your artwork is.
Do you offer embroidered custom-made flags?

We currently offer printed custom flags only. Hand-stitched or embroidered flags, banners, or other signs are not available at this time.
What is the lifespan of a custom flag?

In typical use—such as displaying your custom logo flag at trade shows, events, or a few times per year—our custom flags can last five or more years. To extend their life, fold them neatly and store them at room temperature when not in use, and avoid long-term exposure to harsh weather.
Will sun exposure fade the flag?

Our custom flags and banners are designed for outdoor use, where sun exposure is unavoidable. If you use your personalized flags only a few times a year, fading is usually not an issue.
For long-term outdoor use, any printed flag will eventually fade in direct sunlight. We use high-quality inks to fight fading, but outdoor displays used every day typically last around 9–12 months before noticeable fading occurs.
Can I request an odd shape?

In many cases, yes. We can often finish custom flags in special or “odd” shapes. Email Feather Flag Nation with details on how you want your custom-made flags finished, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
ABOUT HARDWARE
Do you have hardware for standard flags?

Yes, we provide multiple hardware options. Our Economy set features an eagle top and a lower price point and is ideal for short-term or light-duty use.
We also offer a Premium set with a sphere top and a sturdier mount designed to reduce tangling and improve long-term performance.
Both Economy and Premium sets stand at about 6 feet tall. We also offer a 10-foot pole set equipped with a ground spike for added stability. All pole and mount options are compatible with flags finished with grommets.
ABOUT SHIPPING
Where do you ship from?

We ship custom flags from our headquarters in Riverside, California. If your order includes stock items or hardware, part of the shipment may also come from our warehouse in Georgia.
Who do you ship with?

We ship with USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of your order.
If I order a stock item, when will it ship?
+
Orders placed before 10 am PST on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed later usually ship on the next business day.
How fast is ground shipping?

Ground shipping time varies by state, but most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.
Does Feather Flag Nation send tracking numbers?

Yes. Tracking details are emailed to you within 24 hours after your order ships. The email is a copy of your receipt, and the tracking number appears at the bottom. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Help! I need to change my address ASAP. What should I do?

If you need your custom flags shipped to a different address, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually update the address if the order hasn’t left our facility. If USPS or UPS already has the package, changes may be possible for an additional carrier fee. Once a package is out for delivery, we’re no longer able to change the address.
What if there's something wrong with my product?

Please open your package as soon as your custom logo flags arrive. You have five business days from the delivery date to let us know if anything is wrong with your order. If there is an issue, email us at sales@featherflagnation.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem so we can help.
Can I get rush shipping?

Yes, we do offer rush shipping for custom logo flags and personalized flags. To request this, email us at sales@featherflagnation.com with your shipping address, the items you need, quantities, and the date you need them delivered. You’ll typically hear back the same business day.
Rush shipping and production incur additional costs. Pricing depends on what you order, how many custom flags you need, and how quickly they must be delivered.

Can I return my custom items?

Because all custom flag orders are approved prior to printing and made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any personalized items.
