Custom teardrop flags work just like our flags! The only difference is the shape. You’re still able to put your own logo, saying, pick your colors, or even use high-resolution photos on the flag! We have templates that are available for download, or you can have one of our designers make a custom teardrop for you. Just fill out a free design request! If you want your logo on there the best file to send our designers is a vector file. That is an original file created by a designer that usually ends in .ai/, .eps/, or .svg/, a PDF sometimes works as well. If you don’t have those file types feel free to send us what you have and our designers can check it and possibly recreate it for you.
Custom teardrop flags are able to be ordered as single or double-sided. The difference between the two is that single-sided the back is the reverse of the front. If you have just graphics or text that is vertical, single-sided may get the job done. Double-sided is 2 flags sewn together with a vinyl mesh in the middle so you are unable to see through it.
Teardrop flags use fiberglass poles only. This means the top pole piece is flexible to bend to the shape of the flag. That being said we highly recommend purchasing the tie-down clip as well. The tie-down clip holds the string that comes from the bottom of the flag to secure it and help retain its shape.

Nevertheless, excessive stress can compromise their durability and may lead to breakage.

It takes 3 business days to produce 1-4 flags.

We use a lightweight, yet durable, 4 oz. polyester for our custom flags. Its weight is also sometimes referred to as 110gm. This material has been tested for many years and has proven to be the best for outdoor use. A slight breeze allows the flag to flutter around in the wind.

Yes, as with almost all printed products, long term exposure to the sun will fade the banner over time. This will require a prolonged period of direct sunlight, such as 8+ hours per day, every day. In most cases, our advertising flags are used for special events or periodically, so fading isn't an issue.

Proper care and storage significantly extend the lifespan of a flag to 3+ years. Prolonged exposure to the sun or harsh elements accelerates its deterioration. If consistently used outdoors day and night, its lifespan may diminish drastically to 9 to 12 months. Additionally, subjecting the flag and pole to severe conditions further reduces their longevity.

Our products do not come with any warranty. Because these are intended to be used outdoors, it is hard to predict what may happen. The better you take care of your flags, the longer they'll last. We suggest bringing them inside during inclement weather, at night, or if it gets super windy.

We only offer repairs on CUSTOM items. If your order is within 6 months, we can offer free repairs. We mainly do repairs on our flag sleeves. If the rip is in a different location, please send us an email at sales@featherflagnation.com to see if we are able to make the repair.

Custom items ship from Riverside, California. However, if your order contains stock or hardware, we may split the shipment, sending items from our warehouse in Georgia.
