ABOUT ORDERING STOCK FEATHER FLAGS

Our stock swooper flags come in 12-feet and 6-feet. Any flag that shows small in the title will be the 6-foot size.

Our in-stock windless flags are single-sided, meaning the design is printed on one side but is still visible on the reverse side as a mirrored reflection. This allows the message to be seen from both directions, though the back side will appear reversed.

For double-sided customizable feather flags, we print two separate panels and sew them together with a blackout liner in between. This ensures the design is readable from both sides without any mirroring effect. If you need a double-sided flag for maximum visibility, we recommend customizing your own!

Our flags are about 2.5 feet wide. 

You can explore our products by navigating through the categories on our front page or using the search bar with any relevant keywords. For instance, typing “taxes” will display all available tax-related flutter flags, including both stock and pre-designed options.

You might observe certain flags priced higher than our stock windless flags, identified by the SKU “PD,” denoting “pre-designed.” This indicates that while we have the design on record, printing upon order placement is required, hence the higher cost.

The $59 special offer applies exclusively to our stock feather flags with poles. This bundle includes a stock feather flag of your choice, along with poles and a ground spike. Purchasing this bundle is more economical compared to adding these swooper flags individually to your cart!

Although we provide thousands of designs for windless flags, there are moments when a more personalized touch is desired. ABOUT HARDWARE

The distinction lies in the compatibility with the travel bag: flexible poles fit into the bag, whereas pre-curved poles do not. Additionally, flexible poles require tension to maintain their shape due to their bendable tops, necessitating the use of a tie-down clip. In contrast, pre-curved poles do not fit into the travel bag and do not require a tie-down clip.

We offer premium versions of both the flexible and pre-curved poles for swooper flags. The standard poles are meant for winds/gusts of 20 miles per hour, while the premium can handle up to 30 miles per hour. Browse our feather flag hardware to learn more.

Installing feather flags with poles is quick and easy! Follow these steps for a secure setup:

  • Assemble the pole kit – Connect the poles from largest to smallest.
  • Slide the flag onto the pole – Ensure it reaches the top curved section.
  • Choose your base – Use a ground spike for soft ground or a cross base for hard surfaces.
  • Secure the flag – Insert the pole into the base, making sure it’s stable.
  • Check for movement – The flag should wave freely but remain firmly in place.

Yes! Our stock feather flags with poles are made from high-quality polyester and designed for long-term outdoor use. They can withstand wind, sun exposure, and light rain. However, we recommend bringing them inside during severe weather (heavy rain, strong winds, or storms) to extend their lifespan.

ABOUT SHIPPING

Custom windless flags ship from Riverside, California. However, if your order contains stock products or hardware, we may split the shipment, sending items from our warehouse in Georgia.

Depending on the size of the feather flags with poles order, we ship with USPS or UPS.

If you order before 10am PST on a business day, it will most likely ship out that same day.

This really varies by state. For the most part it is 3-5 business days.

We send tracking numbers 24 hours after the products ship. Usually this goes to your spam or junk box.

If you want to change your address please call us as soon as you can. If the order has not left our facility we can change it. However, if USPS or UPS already has the package fees will apply. If the package is already out for delivery we are unable to make any more changes.

Once you get your feather flags with poles, make sure you open them as soon as possible. You only have 5 business days from when you received the windless flags to let us know if something is wrong. If there is something wrong, please send our sales team an email at sales@featherflagnation.com with a photo of the banner flags and your order number.

Yes, we do offer rush shipping. To do so, you have to send us an email at sales@featherflagnation.com. Please include your complete shipping address, the feather flags with poles you need and quantity, and the date needed by. You will hear back the same day if the order is placed within business hours. 

We also offer rush production of flutter flags for an additional cost. Cost is determined by what it is you are ordering, the quantity, and how quickly you would need them. 

ABOUT RETURNS

Certainly! However, for a successful return, the windless flags need to be sent back within 15 business days of delivery and must remain in their original condition. Please note, a minimum restocking fee of 10% may apply based on the condition of the returned items. Additionally, we do not provide return labels.
