No, keep flags away from contact with sparks or flames. They can catch fire. They are highly resistant to heat but can catch fire.

Our flag lengths are intentionally designed shorter than the hardware employed. For instance, a 12-foot flag complements a 15-foot pole for optimal display and stability.

Do you have a stronger pole type?

Absolutely! We provide premium poles suitable for windy conditions in both variants. Specifically engineered for 20-30 mph winds, these poles offer robust stability. However, please remain vigilant regarding weather conditions. Sudden gusts or storms can bring unforeseen changes. We design our poles to pivot with the wind direction, reducing stress. Nevertheless, excessive stress can compromise their durability and may lead to breakage.

What is a tie-down clip used for?

Our flags have specific poles made for each height. Therefore, the pole kits are not interchangeable.

What is the production time?

It takes three business days to produce 1-4 flags.

What material are your rectangular flags made of?

We use a lightweight, yet durable, 4 oz. polyester for our custom flags. Its weight is also sometimes referred to as 110gm. This material has been tested for many years and has proven to be the best for outdoor use. A slight breeze allows your custom rectangle flags to flutter around in the wind.

Will exposure to the sun fade the flag?

Yes, as with almost all printed products, long-term exposure to the sun will fade the banner over time. This will require a prolonged period of direct sunlight, such as 8+ hours per day, every day. In most cases, our advertising flags are used for special events or periodically, so fading isn't an issue.

What is the lifespan of your rectangle flag banners?

Proper care and storage significantly extend the lifespan of a flag to 3+ years. Prolonged exposure to the sun or harsh elements accelerates its deterioration. If consistently used outdoors day and night, its lifespan may diminish drastically to 9 to 12 months. Additionally, subjecting the flag and pole to severe conditions further reduces their longevity.

Can I rush the production time?

Yes, we do offer rush production for our rectangle banners. The cost for rush production is determined by what you order, the quantity, and how quickly you need them done. Email your designer for more information.

Please include your complete shipping address, the items you need, your order quantity, and the date when you need them. Do your custom flags have a warranty?

Our products do not come with any warranty. Since these are intended for outdoor use, it is difficult to predict what may happen. The better you take care of your retractable flag banner, the longer it will last. We suggest bringing them inside during inclement weather, at night, or if it gets super windy.

Do you offer repairs on ripped rectangular flags?

We only offer repairs on CUSTOM items. If your order is within 6 months, we can offer free repairs. We mainly do repairs on our flag sleeves. If the rip is in a different location, please send us an email at sales@featherflagnation.com to see if we are able to make the repair.

What is the SKU number?

The SKU number is our products' item numbers. They usually start with FFN or NSH followed by 4-5 numbers. You can find it on the product page, towards the top, above the name of the flag.

Where do you ship your rectangle banners from?

Custom items ship from Riverside, California. However, if your order contains stock or hardware, we may split the shipment, sending items from our warehouse in Georgia.

We also offer rush production for an additional cost. Cost is determined upon what it is your ordering, the quantity, and how quickly you would need them done. Email your designer for more information.

Who do you ship with?

Depending on the size of the order, we ship with USPS and UPS.

If I order a stock item, when will it ship?

If you place your order before 10:00 a.m. PST on a business day, it will most likely ship out the same day. If not, it will ship out on the following business day.

How fast is ground shipping?

This really varies by state. For the most part, your stock or custom rectangle flags should arrive within 3-5 business days.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we do! However, it is not our site. For that, you will need to email us with your billing, shipping, and order information. We will then send you an invoice with the quote information for your rectangle flag banners or other products we offer.

Will I get a tracking number?

We send tracking numbers 24 hours after the products ship. This email may go to your spam or junk inbox.

What if I need to change my address after I place my order?

If you want to change your address, please call us as soon as you can. If the order has not left our facility, we can change it. However, if USPS or UPS already has the package, fees will apply. If the package is already out for delivery, we are unable to make any more changes.

What if there's something wrong with my rectangle banners?

Once you get your rectangular flags, open your package as soon as possible. You only have five business days from when you received the items to let us know if something is wrong. If there is an issue, please email our sales team at sales@featherflagnation.com with a photo and your order number.
