Why You Should Stick
to USA Vendors
When purchasing your custom feather flags, vinyl banners, air dancers, and any other outdoor signs, you obviously have a large list of companies to choose from. Even if you don’t purchase from us, you should choose a company that produces its products in-house.
If you see a production time of 4 to 5 business days, or 2 week turn-around time, then the vendor is most likely ordering directly from China. If you see minimum order requirements (this excludes small items such as car flags, license plates, stickers, etc), then they are most likely ordering from China. Always, stimulate the American economy, even if it costs a bit more.
Why The Cheapest or Most Expensive Isn’t the Best Buy
Whenever anyone shops around for products, they either search for the cheapest (due to budget constraints) or they go with the most expensive (because they assume that means better quality). It is a common misconception that if it costs more, then it must be better. This is simply not true. I’ll go over a few things to look out for when you are shopping for your custom flag.
Cheap Custom Flags
Okay, so you’ve searched the web for the cheapest custom flags that you could find. You’ve landed on a website that advertises themselves as the #1 site in the world (which they obviously aren’t), but you can’t locate any contact numbers, the website looks like a mess, and you can’t find a physical address. But, hey, they are cheap so you decide to make the purchase and send them your artwork. Without a proof to confirm your design, your flag arrives 3 weeks later directly from China. You open up the package and you realize your logo is blurry, your colors are off, and the sewing is horrible.
What do you do now?
You contact the seller who doesn’t reply to you for days and then when you get a reply, it is your fault because you sent them the logo. You may have saved $10 to $20, but now you have a useless custom flag which you now need to buy again, which will now in total cost you more than choosing another place.

So, now your question is, “how do I know where to buy from?” Aside from the obvious, which is us, let me tell you two things to look for when deciding.
First, make sure the business you are buying from has a physical location, not a PO Box, a weird warehouse address, or a PMB. A lot of websites are owned by people working from their homes, outsourcing orders to China or other locations. Look for a physical business address on google, which shows that they are verified with Google, or search for their address on google. In the image below, you can see our business listed on the right during a google search. This shows images of our location, our physical address, business hours, etc.
Always make sure the business you buy from has a physical address. Second, look for google reviews. Google requires a person to be logged in with their email address to leave a review, this makes it harder to get fake reviews. Don’t rely on reviews displayed by other locations on websites, those can easily be faked.
Expensive Custom Flags
Now let’s cover overpriced advertising flags. Some of our competitors are selling our products at a much higher price. Because of this, it is natural to think that they have better quality items, but this isn’t true!
Our business was built from word of mouth, good customer service, and high-quality products, so we don’t need to big large sums of money on advertising. Since the other companies are spending so much on advertising, they need to recover these costs. Because of this, they have to overprice their items, otherwise, they would be out of business. Their business lives off of clients that don’t search around the web but instead purchase from the first link they see in their google search results.
Remember, always look around. Skip over the ads, and visit the top three natural listings. They will usually provide you with better-priced products.
