How do I set up my feather flag?

At Feather Flag Nation, our pole kits come with 4 pole pieces that easily telescope into each other. The bottom 3 pole pieces have dimples on one side. These dimples should always be towards the top of the poles. The dimples will stop the inserted pole from sliding all the way through. If your poles slide all the way down, then the bottom pole is upside down. Two sides with dimples cannot go together. The widest pole is the bottom pole and they will get smaller as they go up. Once your poles are telescoped together, you can put your flag on the poles and insert it into the base.

What is the difference between the pre-curved and flexible tip pole kit?

Both pole kits are going to look and do the same thing. The biggest difference is the flexible pole kit fits into our travel bag while the pre-curved pole does not. If you're not purchasing a travel bag, you can use either pole kit, they'll both be great! Both pole kits telescope into each other, starting with the biggest pole on the bottom and getting smaller as they go up.

Once I have the pole kit, can I just purchase replacement flags?

Once you have one stock feather flag kit, you can use the same poles for different flags! As long as the flags are the same size, you can swap them out as needed. This allows for better versatility than having to purchase a whole new kit each time. You can also purchase replacement flags for custom flags well! Just be sure to purchase the same size or the flags may not fit.

How long does it take to receive a feather flag kit?

For in-stock items, they tend to ship out within 1 business day. Orders with larger quantities may take additional time to pack. For custom orders, it is 3 business days to produce 1-4 flags. Orders of 5 or more may require additional production time. Standard shipping is 3-6 business days, depending on your location. Need your flags sooner? Now that you’ve purchased a stock or custom feather flag kit, it’s time to learn how to set up a feather flag display!

Assembly is simple and easy and can be as quick as under 1 minute! For visual learners, Feather Flag Nation has created a video for our customers. We have a video for both our flexible pole kit and our pre-curved pole kit.

Standard size flag kits, like our stock kits, have a 4pc pole set. There is a pre-curved top piece or a flexible top piece and 3 straight poles of different thicknesses. Each of these poles will have a dimple that locks the poles in place. Make sure these dimples are on top when telescoping the poles together!

Once the poles have been locked in place, you can slide the flag’s sleeve along the curved portion. Now all you need to do is put the pole into the ground spike, cross base, or other mounting hardware.
